Welcome to cahnpro.org (the “CAHN-Pro Website”). The terms “CAHN-Pro,” “us,” “we” or “our” refers to the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals, the owner and operator of the CAHN-Pro Website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the CAHN-Pro Website.
TERMS OF USE
By accessing and using the CAHN-Pro Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the following Agreement carefully before using the CAHN-Pro Website. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the CAHN-Pro Website.
This Agreement is the entire and only agreement between us and you with respect to the use of the CAHN-Pro Website and supersedes all prior or other agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the CAHN-Pro Website. CAHN-Pro reserves the right to amend, change or replace the Agreement at any time without notice, and you agree that each visit you make to the CAHN-Pro Website shall be subject to the current terms of use and conditions then in force. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement posted on the CAHN-Pro Website for any modifications or updates. When you access and use the CAHN-Pro Website or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting a notice on the CAHN-Pro Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PERMITTED USE
As a CAHN-Pro Website user you may view, copy, print, use, and distribute (collectively, “use”) documents generated by the CAHN-Pro Website, provided that you comply with the provisions of this Agreement and provided that these documents are used solely in connection with your relationship with CAHN-Pro.
The documents generated by the CAHN-Pro Website are protected under the copyright laws of Canada and/or other countries. You agree to ensure that any copyright, trademark, trade names, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) along with any other proprietary rights, notices, and disclaimers appearing on these documents are reproduced and retained on all copies in the same form and manner as on the original. You are not permitted to use the Marks in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of CAHN-Pro.

CODE OF CONDUCT
You may not use the CAHN-Pro Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In addition to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, you also agree to comply with all local laws that apply to your use of the CAHN-Pro Website. You may not use the CAHN-Pro Website in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the CAHN-Pro Website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the CAHN-Pro Website. You agree that when using the CAHN-Pro Website, you will not post or upload any inappropriate, promotional, defamatory, destructive, obscene, or unlawful content; defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or upload dangerous or harmful files.
COPYRIGHT
All content including, without limitation, all Marks, text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, code, and software and all organization and presentation of such content, which forms a part of the CAHN-Pro Website, are subject to intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, held by or licensed to CAHN-Pro. All such rights are expressly reserved. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the CAHN-Pro Website and for any consequences of that use.
TRADEMARKS
Any Marks on the CAHN-Pro Website may be trademarks or trade names or registered trademarks or trade names of CAHN-Pro. CAHN-Pro’s Marks shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CAHN-Pro’s or its affiliates’ in any manner. All other trademarks and trade names not owned by CAHN-Pro or its affiliates that appear on the CAHN-Pro Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected to CAHN-Pro.
HYPERLINKS
The CAHN-Pro Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links have been provided solely as a convenience for and do not constitute an endorsement by CAHN-Pro of the content of such third-party sites. Links to the CAHN-Pro Website may also be provided from sites either known or unknown to CAHN-Pro. Access to any other website linked to or from the CAHN-Pro Website is at your own risk. CAHN-Pro shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this CAHN-Pro Website or the performance of the products, even if CAHN-Pro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
