Welcome to the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-Pro).

CAHN-Pro was started in 2010 as a result of a three-year investigation to find the best path for holistic nutrition professionals to take in order to advance our profession.

CAHN-Pro is a non-profit professional association dedicated to raising and maintaining the professional standards of its members. This helps our members gain better recognition from government, insurance companies, other practitioners, and the public.

We have a board-certification process that allows our profession to show that our members are professionals who understand their scope of practice, code of ethics, and professionalism.

Currently, we are continuing to advance the profession with a major project to help us gain official recognition. We are providing options for members to develop their businesses and create the careers they desire.

We’re reaching out to insurance companies to help them understand the professional standards of our members. We also provide information about jobs and upgrading options to help members with all aspects of their career.
